he cottage experience is for people who want to get away from the pressures of the outside world. With comfortable, sheltered porches you can rock your cares away as you listen to the sounds of the surrounding streams and woods. 
All cottages provide a relaxing experience. Without interruptions of telephones and televisions, you will enjoy a peaceful vacation in a rustic setting with family and friends. Cottages are also perfect for small retreat groups who can use the cottage as both a housing space and a meeting space. All cottages are provided with sheets, pillows, blankets, bedspreads, and towels. Please note cottages are not air-conditioned.
ottages are rented through the Guest Services Desk of YMCA Blue Ridge Assembly, and may be reserved up to one year in advance.
The deposit for a reservation is 50% of the total stay. Deposits are fully refundable when notice of cancellation is given more than 90 days prior to the arrival date. When cancellations are made between 60 and 90 days prior to the arrival date, the entire deposit may be applied to another reservation scheduled within twelve months of the cancelled date OR one-half of the deposit may be refunded. When cancellations are made less than 60 days prior to the arrival date, no credits or refunds will be made. Check-in is at the Guest Services Desk in Blue Ridge Center. Cottage guests may check-in after 3:00 PM on the arrival date. Unless other arrangements have been made, check out time is 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
